Brent Lewis

Brent has spent 25 years financing and delivering large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. He has structured and closed more than $30 billion of transactions across renewables, energy, infrastructure, and utilities, including the development of over 4 GW of wind and solar from concept to operation.
As CEO and co-founder of Carbon America, Brent secured more than $100 million in DOE grant funding for carbon hubs and originated first-of-a-kind carbon offtake agreements. At FrostCarbon, he is originating and structuring complex commercial arrangements while leading the company’s corporate and project finance strategy to scale FrostCC® into a commercial business.
Miles Abarr

Miles is the inventor behind FrostCC®. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and deep expertise in thermo-fluid systems, techno-economic modeling, and experimental validation, he has spent his career creating what doesn’t yet exist - including multiple novel cryogenic carbon capture concepts that form FrostCarbon’s proprietary IP.
At FrostCarbon, Miles leads the R&D effort that makes FrostCC® technically defensible and commercially viable, including the 1,000 tpy FrostCC® Pilot at NCCC - translating rigorous engineering science into a scalable, deployable product built for the speed and precision the market demands.
